Before real estate, I spent 13 years in the insurance industry, 7 years as a financial advisor, and 14 years building homes. For three decades, my husband and I have run a successful, referral-based construction business—built on trust, quality, and doing right by people.

Today, as the founder of Bloxom Realty LLC, I use those decades of hands-on experience to help my clients make smart, confident real estate decisions. Whether they are buying, selling, investing, building, or managing property, I guide them with honesty, insight, and a sharp eye for protecting their financial future. I spot things others miss—what repairs truly matter, what impacts long-term value, and how to navigate big transitions like downsizing, divorcing, relocating, or settling an estate.
