With a career spanning more than 20 years as a paralegal across oil & gas, business law, litigation, estate planning, probate, and real estate, Leslie Harris brings a powerhouse blend of experience, precision, and professionalism to every real estate transaction.

From 2001 to 2008, Leslie also served as a Licensed Escrow Officer, giving her an inside-out understanding of the title process. Simply put—she knows EVERY side of a real estate deal. From the first showing to contract execution to troubleshooting inspections, appraisals, repairs, and all the way to signing at the closing table—Leslie has done it, overseen it, and mastered it.

In her personal life, Leslie married her husband, Josh, in October 2024. Together, they share a beautifully blended family of four grown daughters and six (soon to be seven!) grandchildren. Both Leslie and Josh also work in the oil & gas industry, providing equipment, chemicals, and crews for completions projects across East Texas, South Texas, and North Louisiana.
